What is Kentkart+ Card?

Kentkart+ is a leading card in the transportation industry that allows easy use for transportation, shopping, payments, and everywhere else. It offers the benefits of campaigns and cashback, enabling you to earn as you spend. It’s both a transportation card and a prepaid card.

Where can I get my Card?

You can get your card from Kentkart contracted dealers.

How can I activate my Card?

After getting your card, you can immediately use it for transportation, shopping, and online purchases by topping up at contracted dealers.

How can I check the balance of my card?

You can easily check your card balance by downloading the Kentkart application to your phone, adding your card to the app.

Can I spend money outside of public transportation with my card?

With your card, you can spend both physically and online, apart from public transportation.

What should I do to use my card for contactless payments?

Once you have your card, you can load it with money and start using it contactlessly for transportation or shopping.

What is the limit on my card?

When you first get your card, the automatically set monthly total usage limit is 2,750 TRY. You can increase the limit by following the necessary steps after adding your card to the Kentkart application.

How can I increase the limit of my card?

You need to verify your account to increase the limit. You can make the verification by logging in to the mobile application and then clicking on the “Verify My Account” tab under “Balance” or by clicking on the “Verify My Account” field in the “Limit Transactions” section and entering the requested information on the screen that opens and verify your account by making a transfer of at least 1 TRY from your own registered bank account to the IBAN number provided on the ‘Account Verification’ screen.

Can I make a purchase online with my card?

After you get your card, you can immediately make a purchase online, but in order to make a purchase on websites that require 3D Secure, you need to add your card to the Kentkart application.

What do I need to do to make 3D Secure online purchases with my card?

In order to make purchases on websites that require 3D Secure with your card, you need to add your card to the Kentkart application.

How can I change my card password?

When you first receive your card password, it is defined as the last 4 digits of your card number. You can change your card password in the change card password section under the my card tab in the application. In order for your new password to be activated, your password will be activated when you use it once at any ATM with the new password.

My card is lost or stolen. What should I do?

In case your card is lost or stolen, you need to cancel it through the ‘Cancel Card’ section under the ‘My Card’ tab on the mobile application or by calling our Customer Service at 444 98 44.

My card has expired, what should I do?

To extend the expiration date of your card, you must contact our Call Center at 444 98 44 or our online support line and report your complaint.

I forgot my card password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your card’s PIN, you can request it again by clicking on the ‘Forgot my password’ link under the ‘My Card’ tab in the mobile application. Your random password will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

How can I close my card?

You can temporarily disable your card by switching off the button next to the ‘Active Usage’ section under the ‘My Card’ tab in the mobile application.

How can I add my physical card to the app?

In the mobile application, by clicking on the ‘ (+) ‘ tab in the top right corner of the opening screen, then selecting the ‘Add Kentkart+’ tab in the window that appears, you can add your card to the application by entering the required information into the provided fields.

Is any document required?

No documents are required.

What are the advantages of the mobile application?

You can access transportation information, make payments using QR codes, benefit from campaigns and cashback offers, and easily top up your account through the mobile application.

Which devices is the mobile application compatible with?

It is compatible with all devices running on Android and iOS operating systems.

How can I download the mobile app?

You can download the mobile application from the “Play Store” application or using this link for Android devices, and from the “App Store” application or using this link for iOS devices.

What additional features are available in the mobile application?

You can change your passwords, temporarily or permanently close and open your card, benefit from campaigns or cashback on your payments or expenses within the mobile application.

I forgot my mobile app password, what should I do?

By clicking on the ‘Forgot My Password’ tab under the login screen in the application, you can enter your mobile phone number and request a new password.

Loading Money

How can I load money on my card?

You can load money on your card from our dealers or through the application using your Bank/Credit cards.

How can I load money on my card with IBAN?

After verifying your account on the mobile application, you can send money 24/7 by EFT from a bank account registered in your name to your kentkart+ IBAN number that will appear on the screen.

How can I load money on my card via debit/credit card?

You can load your card with your debit/credit cards from our dealers or through the application. You can also top up 24/7 by making an EFT from a bank account registered in your name to your kentkart+ IBAN number, which will appear on the screen after verifying your account on the application.

Can I load money on my card online 24/7?

You can load money on your card online 24/7.

Can someone else load money on my Kentkart+ card?

You can also load money on your card with a different Bank/Credit card registered under someone else’s name.

The amount I loaded was not transferred to my card. What should I do?

You need to contact our call center at 444 98 44 or our online support line to report your complaint.

In what cases is a refund given?

Refunds are reflected back to your account within 14 business days as a result of the review.

Security

Your data and card are protected by PCI DSS v3.2.1 Level 1 Standards. Account Management

How can I delete my account from app?

You can delete your account through the ‘Delete My Account’ section in the ‘Settings’ under the ‘My Account’ section of Kentkart app.

How can I reopen my account I deleted from app?

To reopen the deleted account in the application, you need to register again in the app with your information.

Can I temporarily open or close my card to use?

You can temporarily open or close your card by activating or deactivating the button located next to the ‘Active’ section under the ‘My Card’ tab in the mobile application.

How can I verify my account?

After logging into the mobile application, you can verify your account under the ‘Balance’ section by clicking on ‘Verify My Account’ or in the ‘Limit Transactions’ section by clicking on the ‘Verify My Account’ field. After entering the required information on the opened screen, you can confirm without requiring any documents by transferring at least 1 TL from your own registered bank account to the IBAN number specified in the ‘Account Verification’ screen via transfer.

Why do you need my ID to verify my account?

According to Law No. 6493 and the Regulation on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, identification verification is mandatory for transactions above a certain limit.

What does a Verified Account mean?

According to the Regulation on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, Law No. 6493, for transactions exceeding 2,750 TRY, personalization of the account with identification details is required.
